Scopely is looking for a Head of Product to join our WWE Champions game team in our Culver City hub or remotely within the US West Coast time zone!

Reporting directly to the franchise General Manager, the Head of Product defines the product vision and player experience to achieve our long-term game vision. By combining product thinking, a deep understanding of our players, analytical rigor, creative vision, and executional excellence, you will have an opportunity to put your stamp on the future of a cross-platform social & entertainment eco-system.

What you will do
Help define the long-term vision of the game and help set the strategy to reach that vision
Define the core game pillars to achieve long-term game vision with cross-functional leads
Translate product strategies into inspirational and achievable annual, quarterly, and monthly goals with measurables
Oversee all product functions and builds best-in-class product organization
Directly manage Directors of Products and mentor Sr. Product Managers to accelerate their growth
Drive constant improvement of the Product Management craft, team health, processes, and methodologies
Prioritize product initiatives across all product functions (Roadmap, LiveOps, Analytics, Growth) to maximize KPI impact
Partner with the Director of Product Roadmap to increase feature hit rate
As part of the leadership team, responsible for shaping team culture, providing solutions to help the team work & collaborate more effectively
Manage collaboration with different interfaces within and outside the product org and game team
What you will need
Track record of driving product roadmap that shapes player behaviors & drives product KPIs
Practice a mastery of behavioral economics, demonstrating a thorough understanding of both product and player lifecycles
Thrives in games as a live service environment, making changes with an engaged community
Drive and ability to effectively create transformational changes on a 7-year product
Proactive communicator. Outstanding written, oral, and presentation skills. Ability to drive aligned vision
Growth mindset. Open to feedback. Always seek to improve
Default to challenge the status quo and push the boundary of best-known methods
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful
Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team in a global setting
Optimize decision and design leveraging qualitative, quantitative, academic research, industry best practices, and operator intuition
Project Management: able to deploy resources against highest impact initiatives, understand tradeoffs, anticipate & mitigate risks from afar, manage people’s expectations & maintain a high quality of deliverables
Leadership: Engage and inspire team members to deliver the best-quality product possible
10+ years of experience in product management in F2P gaming or related consumer-facing digital product
6+ years of experience managing a team of product leaders
Passionate about WWE IP and F2P games
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $223,000 - $281,400, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
