THE OPPORTUNITY:

Support and facilitate changes received from advisory organizations, state insurance departments, and intracompany business partners that affect the company’s underwriting forms, rates, and rules.   

 

LOCATION:

Bel Air, MD Office - Hybrid 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Coordinate with business partners to administer filings of in any status thru the SERFF system.
  • Assist to review, develop, and amend company documents – such as manuals, company exceptions, and proprietary forms.
  • Monitor and manage processes associated with changes received from advisory organizations or federal and state regulators by methods such as circulars, bulletins, regulatory orders, and other notifications.
  • Submit and test in various environments thru implementation identified changes of rates, rules, and forms to the policy administration system.
  • Compile internal data in response to regulatory inquiries.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 2-year (AA) degree with 4-year degree preferred.
  • Pursues continuing education courses related to field (AINS, AU, CPCU).
  • Intermediate computer skills with ability to work standard industry programs and websites.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
