Oracle JD Edwards Finance Consultant

Brij is currently seeking a talented Oracle JD Edwards Finance Consultant to join our growing Oracle enterprise applications consulting team!  The successful Finance Consultant will be highly experienced in Oracle JD Edwards Finance applications, with a strong accounting background and a passion for delivering quality results.  

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Oracle JD Edwards Finance Consultant are to provide top-tier, hands-on consulting, managed services support, and mentoring for the finance modules, including:

• Successfully implementing, upgrading and/or customizing Oracle JD Edwards finance modules to meet the client's specific business needs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet the client's business requirements.
• Resolving complex issues related to Oracle JD Edwards finance modules.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest software and industry updates and best practices. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related studies.
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on Oracle enterprise applications consulting and support experience. 
• Expertise with Oracle JD Edwards Finance suite including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Job Cost, Purchasing, and Capital Asset Management. 
• Lead Consultant on at least 3 successfully completed and referenceable upgrade or implementation projects.
• Solid analytical skills with a consultative approach to problem-solving. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create high quality written documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Distraction-free remote workspace/home office, with ability to join video meetings.
• Ability to travel, as needed. 
• CPA strongly preferred. 
• Authorized to work in the US for any employer, without sponsorship.  No sponsorship currently available for this position.
