The Job: 

The Head of Strategic Consulting and Analytics will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our 

strategic consulting business. You will report into the SVP, Professional Services, and oversee a talented team of B2B ABX professionals, working closely with prospects and customers to understand their strategic objectives, and set them up to achieve their revenue goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of strategic services and drive measurable customer success with our most strategic customers. 

You Will:  

  • Effectively lead, coach, and scale a global Strategic Consulting and Analytics team, creating and implementing processes, methods, and tools to establish a repeatable and efficient strategy delivery process. 
  • Collaborate cross functionally with the other GTM teams, to identify opportunities for strategic engagement that drive value, adoption, bookings and revenue. 
  • Build trust with CMO/CROs and influence key business decisions within the key strategic customer base using data and analytics to inform decisions. 
  • Collaborate with the larger professional services organization and across the company to produce a strategy to implement 6sense with customers faster at a high level of quality. 
  • Develop and collaborate on ABX thought leadership with prospects, partners, customers, and internal stakeholders in conferences, webinars, white papers, user groups, and platforms (eg RevCity, etc). 
  • Play a key role in developing strategic consulting offerings and solutions that accelerate customer value by aligning with customers strategic initiatives, driving activation and adoption of the 6sense platform. 
  • Provide project portfolio oversight to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. Monitor and report on project progress, mitigate risks and implement effective project management practices. 
  • Measured on booking, revenue, and team utilization 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, to align strategies and maximize customer value. 

You Have: 

Education and Experience: 

  • Must have prior experience in the B2B space using strategy and analytics to drive successful ABX (account-based experience). 
  • Must have influenced Sales/Marketing/Operations decisions using insights to drive funnel spend. 
  • Should have worked on Pipeline Lifecycle Management, enabling integrated digital marketing programs and ABM orchestration. 
  • Should have good working knowledge of the rev tech landscape and ability to combine data from different channels with actionable insights. 
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in ABM/B2B Marketing and/or Sales, MBA preferred. 
  • 5+ years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, or in a strategy function with at least 3+ years’ experience in professional services capacity. 
  • Prior knowledge of 6sense is a strong plus.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and business decision-makers at all levels. 
  • Ability to work with diverse team members across various functions and teams and positively influence others. 
  • Skilled in navigating ambiguity and providing clear direction and structure to a large Pro Services team 
  • Applies project/ program management discipline to structure initiatives that align to broad company strategic priorities. 
  • A strategic thinker who can set a vision and translates that into results 
  • Strong leadership that inspires and mobilizes a large team to action

Base Salary Range: $187,366 to $287,294. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote
