Job Summary


Freestone Property Group is seeking an Asset Service Representative to support its team's daily operations, which have more than tripled in size in the past year. Freestone has cultivated a thoughtful and detail-driven culture that extends to our residents, employees, and properties alike. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills.


 Responsibilities


  • Respond to internal and external inquiries via emails and phone calls.
  • Project Coordination - Closely coordinating with the company’s bank, vendors, and tenants regarding building/property projects.
  • Reaching out to tenants for issues, follow-ups, and/or changes to the property; as well as the possible impact.
  • Thoroughly accomplish tasks and diligently handle correspondence with tenants.
  • Drafting notices, letters, and worksheets to be sent out to clients/tenants.


Requirements

Must have:

  • Three (3) years of relevant Property management experience
  • Management and/or Property Project Coordination or relevant role
  • Hands-on experience in using any property management system such as Yardi
  • Hands-on experience on any CRM such as Monday.com
  • Exceptional English communication and comprehension skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Possesses strong critical thinking capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or any industry-relevant equivalent.
  • Must be willing to work on Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM- 6 PM Eastern Standard Time work schedule.

Good to have:

  • Leadership/Managing staff experience.
