Martin Tomanik leads Microsoft Business Applications team in PwC Czech republic. Over the years Martin has worked on projects in various roles, from brewing coffee for more senior colleagues to fluently talking in abbreviations that sound smart, but he doesn’t know their meaning. He enjoys reading books, especially biographies and sport activities, recently running and badminton.
Architectural Mastery: Take the lead in architectural design and supervision, working with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE Applications. Dedicate around 80% of your time to designing and building new functionalities, with the remaining 20% focused on strategic meetings, documentation, and ongoing learning.
Customer Engagement: Engage in leading technical workshops, capturing both technical and non-functional requirements, and guiding the final technical design process. Your role is pivotal in creating customer-centric solutions.
Coding Expertise: Utilize your extensive coding skills, ranging from plugins to PCF components, and apply them to Power Platform Solutions and Dynamics 365 CE Applications.
Collaborative Innovation: Your role involves supporting the Dynamics 365 platform teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our architectural and development standards.
Technical Experience: A minimum of 3 years in building Power Platform solutions and Dynamics 365 modules, with a background as a senior developer, technical lead, or architect.
Cloud Solution Expertise: Proficient in the design, development, implementation, and management of cloud solutions.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think both analytically and strategically, navigating complex challenges with ease.
Effective Communication: Strong skills in articulating ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Programming Knowledge: Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and familiarity with Angular, Azure Functions, and Azure integration services.
Nice to have
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Azure CLI, Bicep, and Terraform is advantageous.
