Senior Field Underwriter (Laval)

Our Senior Field Underwriters customize solutions for our commercial clients when they need insurance products.  They work to develop unique solutions for diverse classes of risk. 

As a Senior Underwriter you are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our customers– this means emails and phone calls don’t go unanswered, and in-person client meetings are regularly penned into their calendars.  Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring and development to help grow your appetite of risks.

You’re great at: 

• Commercial Underwriting
• Sales & Negotiation
• Building relationships

You have:

• 5+ years of Underwriting experience
• 2 years of field work experience
• Completed, or pursuing your CIP, FCIP, or RPLU designations an asset
• Strong customer service background
• Team-first mentality
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
