You will enhance productivity by proactively identifying and implementing developer tooling, automation, and more efficient development processes.
You will design, build, and maintain core software infrastructure foundational to the organization's various applications.
You will identify and eliminate code duplication across engineering teams to enhance standardization and reduce costs.
You will document and share development best practices, coding standards, and lessons learned to foster knowledge sharing and establish a uniform quality standard.
You will ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software or tooling, collaborating with other teams to maintain these standards.
You will collaborate with development and operations teams to implement DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and automation.
You will help and mentor less experienced developers and help us build a strong engineering team.
