Job description

Your missions

AS400/RPG Developer
We are looking for a developer to be responsible for the development and maintenance of Software based on the AS400 operating system. At the same time, have experience in RPG to be able to work on the development of software applications and business solutions that meet business requirements.

We offer stability and flexibility to integrate into work groups and challenging projects.

Academic/Training Requirements:

Minimum academic training: Completed university education, equivalent to a university bachelor's degree or higher.
Primary area of professional training: Graduate in Computing, Information Technology, Systems or Related Engineering.
Secondary vocational training area: Programming in AS400, RPG and JD Edwards.

Practical experience necessary to perform in the position:

Time performing required related functions: 2 years minimum.
Role Mission: Support current products and develop new functionalities under the guidelines provided.

Essential specific knowledge:

AS400, RPG, JD Edwards
Advanced or intermediate english. (Be able to speak and understand english without problem)

Required Experience Responsibilities:

Design and code applications and software programs that meet business requirements.
Debug and resolve errors in software applications and programs.
Implement new applications and software programs, updating existing ones.
Work on the integration of systems in different environments.
Improve the efficiency and scalability of the system.

Collaboration scheme
Contract type: Indefinite
Hours: Fixed M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (GMT-7)
Modality: This is a remote job position from any location, for candidates from Latam.
Financial compensation: Negotiable
