Grade 12 or equivalent, Minimum 3-year HR degree or related field, Honours in Industrial Psychology or HCM (desirable), Change management certification (beneficial), Minimum 5 years' experience in Organisation Development/Design.

- Design and improve Articulation Management Frameworks
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Implement projects and review structures
- Develop change management solutions
