We are looking for customer service representatives. In this challenging role you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, web phone interactions, live chat, social media, and outbound calls.
  • Provide customer and technical support for company products
  • Foster positive customer relationships.
  • Adapt to changes in inquiries, product updates, and market dynamics.
  • Flexible handling of communication channels.
  • Uphold high service standards and adhere to quality guidelines.
