Completion of High School Diploma or equivalent, Minimum 1 year customer service and/or call center experience, Certified pharmacy technician preferred.
Key responsabilities:
- Complete calls efficiently following key performance metrics
- Maintain patient information and pharmacy computer system
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve medication issues
- Engage in medication therapy management protocols and quality improvement activities
- Participate in training pharmacy personnel and students, and document interventions
