B2B Sales and Customer Support Specialist

An opportunity to join a leading Sales team working within digitalisation has arisen for a leading chemical manufacturer. With an exciting phase of expansion within the organisation they are looking for a confident, experienced B2B Sales and Customer Support Specialist to assist with handling the leads and communicating with sales and marketing.
Requirements
- Be the first point of call within the sales department
- Calling the lead and establishing the facts of the sales query
- Establishing if the lead is right for the business
- Answering all questions on the pre-sales process form
- Support digitial marketing team
- Weekly status meeting calls with sales
- Salesforce/HutSpot experience is necessary
- English (essential)
- German/Spanish (advantageous)
