Your missions

 
My responsibilities:
  • providing 2nd level support regarding Mobile Devices and Desktop services for ALDI International countries (Europe, United States, Australia) 
  • being a contact person for mobile device, Windows 10 / 11 and Citrix support requests 
  • supporting IOS and Android devices in Ivanti Neuorons framework (Intune and other framework experience is accepted as well) 
  • supporting an enterprise Client infrastructure 
  • supporting a client enterprise remoting tool (Beyond Trust Solution) 
     
The knowledge I own:
  • strong English skills is a must, German knowledge is advantageous 
  • solid knowledge of IOS, Android Enterprise administration (Ivanti neurons preferred, but other experience is accepted as well) 
  • solid knowledge of client hardware and administration of Windows 10/11 and Citrix 
  • strong troubleshootig skills and a problem solving mindset 
  • well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude 
  • willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation (including weekends, nights, public holiday etc)
