We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Solution SFT. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Develop engaging content that is tailored to different social media platforms and target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and competitor activities to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging social media trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry changes.
