Job description

Location: part of the week (3-2 days) in the Bucharest office, part (2-3 days) remote

The Job (responsibilities):

  • Support the Sales Team and the Sales Manager in day to day activities including preparation of sales offers & listing forms.
  • Maintain communication between customers and sales as well as other departments (marketing, customer service partners, logistics) inside Stanley Black&Decker
  • Prepare and analyze forecasts and inventory and provide market analytics and insights
  • Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness
  • Inform Sales Reps for: availability, obsolete products, statuses about customer orders, etc.
  • Inform customers about overdue invoices and inform AR about the feedbacks.
  • Make efforts to resolve customer’s issues or to correct the problem.
  • Sending the related documents to customers: invoices, credit memo, debit notes, etc.
  • Providing to customers information regarding order status and stock availability
  • Monthly/Quarterly administration & statistics

The Person (requirements):

  • Higher education will be an advantage.
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience - from Inside Sales or Sales Support role (FMCG is an advantage)
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as SAP BW, and QlikView and strong capabilities in Excel will be an advantage.
  • Fluent knowledge of English language, spoken & written.
  • Able to withstand deadline pressure
  • Team & multi-cultural orientation
  • Pro-active approach
  • High degree of self-motivation and ready to take responsibility
  • Ability to work from home and office
