What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: $85 per 55-minute session, with paid no-shows and late cancellations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 therapy tailored to the unique needs of children, teenagers, and their families.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans for each client and their family.
  • Actively involve parents and caregivers in treatment sessions to foster collaboration and drive the treatment plan forward. 
  • Access consultation and resources from our non-profit partner to integrate cutting-edge treatment protocols and methods into your practice, ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients.
  • Complete and sign patient notes within 24 hours.

What We're Looking For

  1. Licensed Clinicians: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses preferred).
  2. Clinical Experience: 3+ years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with expertise in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT.
  3. Telehealth Experience: Experience in delivering telehealth services.
  4. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and effective engagement with stakeholders.
  5. Technical Requirements: Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
  6. Credentialing: Active NPI and established CAQH credentialing, with existing credentialing with major insurers.

Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 

  • Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 8:30pm ET
  • Saturdays & Sundays 8:30am - 4:30pm ET
  • 23 Clinical hours must be after 3:30 pm to meet the demand of our clients after school hours.
