Unicorn Role Overview: Ready to let your creative genius shine? Become a Marketing Coordinator with an Assistantly Partner and help facilitate success with innovative marketing campaigns from start to finish! You'll be working alongside other brilliant and creative individuals, executing plans, shaping brand identities and connecting with target audiences. In this role, you will assist our clients in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and advertise their products and services on diverse platforms through creating content, managing campaigns, and keeping the social media and digital channels updated.

Requirements

What you’ll do
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across multiple digital, social media, email, and print channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all marketing communications.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform content creation strategies.
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, such as paid advertising, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

What you’ll bring
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate marketing campaigns and manage projects effectively.
  • Proficient in creating marketing collaterals, including graphic design skills and familiarity with design software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong copywriting abilities.
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing principles and experience with social media management.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing insights.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas.
