Requirements

What you’ll do:
  • Provide timely and professional support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through product usage, features, and functionalities, offering clear instructions and solutions.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issue resolution in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends.
  • Stay updated with product updates, new features, and enhancements to effectively assist customers.
  • Proactively seek feedback from customers, identifying trends and common issues to help improve our products and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

What you’ll bring:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems to track and manage customer interactions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong internet connection and WFH remote office set up.
