What You'll Do

• Edit engaging videos for digital platforms, emphasizing property highlights and branding consistency.
• Enhance website visibility with SEO, focusing on keyword optimization and content analysis.
• Create engaging posts and content, keeping up with industry trends to position the brand as a thought leader.
• Manage brand's social media, engaging with the audience and leveraging ads to increase reach.
• Design and execute email campaigns to promote listings and communicate updates, aiming for higher engagement.
• Use analytics to track marketing performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist.
• Proficiency in video production tools and a strong understanding of the latest SEO practices and their application in increasing online visibility.
• Demonstrated ability to generate original, engaging content for a variety of platforms, with a keen eye for industry trends.
• Experience in managing and growing a brand’s presence across major social media channels, including targeted advertising.
• Skills in designing effective email marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy adjustments.

Nice-to-have:

• Ability to pull addresses from databases for mailers
• In-depth knowledge of our CRM to be able to make updates
• Proficiency in pulling reports from the MLS
