UX Designer / Product Designer

As a Product UX Designer at MRSOOL, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to create user-centric digital products that align with business objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of user experience design, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work seamlessly within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Insights: Conduct and analyze user research to understand pain points and user needs. Collaborate with Product Managers to translate these insights into design decisions that enhance user satisfaction and business value.
2. Design Development: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces for new and existing products. Ensure all designs are in line with strategic product goals set by the Product Management team.
3. Collaborative Design Implementation: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, refine features, and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and technical constraints.
4. Usability Testing & Validation: Coordinate with Product Managers to set up usability testing sessions; use findings to refine designs and enhance user experience.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between the design team, Product Managers, and Engineers, ensuring all parties are aligned on design goals and expectations.
6. Design System Management: Build, maintain, and develop the design system to ensure consistency and quality across all products. Collaborate with engineering teams to implement these systems effectively, ensuring that all design solutions adhere to technical specifications and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in UX design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
• Proficient in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of the product development process, from research through to launch.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to navigate complex project requirements.
