General target is to Increase the Market penetration to small and medium size customers as well
as for big-business Project through the Distribution Channel together with HFE Sales team and
Local Distribution teams.
In addition, the LDM has the target to develop a small but important range of direct customers in
his defined territory directly which are mainly active in the Industrial & Energy sector.

- Evaluate the Distribution Network and their territory assignment in cooperation with Sales, Maintain the Distribution Contracts;
- Collect feedback from the Distributors to optimize HFE's support and service & policy for distribution network
- Collect and administrate the reports to be delivered from the Distributors
- Final decision on Project Registration Requests, in cooperation with Sales
- Promotion and selling of the Hongfa product range and be the sales and technical interface of the defined direct customers active in the Industrial & Energy sector and decide on the future handling of these customers.
- Manage the resolution of rejected S&D claims
- Perform Business Reviews with the Distributors, together with Local Sales
- Coordinate between Pan-European and Local Distributors
- Initiate and support Marketing activities for the Distributors in cooperation with marketing, product Management and application engineers
- Maintain the Price Lists
- Develop further Sales Channels, e.g. Electric Wholesellers, as needed; Pre-research on the new sales channel, i.e internet.
- Travel on a regular basis to the customers, fairs, factory and other necessary meetings
