Innovation Software Engineer

We’re looking for someone passionate about mixing technology and content creation, with experience in both sides of the industry and really excited when it comes to test new technologies and processes.
As a Ready Set innovation software developer, you will be responsible for addressing research, prototype and test end-to-end top-notch software solutions that make RS video creation pipeline more efficient and innovative. Your voice and expertise will influence the entire product development life cycle.

You’ll work with product and engineering but also with video editors, animators and creative strategist to understand how to create new ways of doing things.

What you'll do:

• Hands-on development of the Ready Set application and transferring your learnings to our highly qualified engineering team for the final integration on our video-Ads-generation platform. 
• Assess and integrate third-party tools into seamless solutions focused on improving Ads-performance and our delivery process. 
• Collaborate with non-R&D RS employees to obtain insights and understand their workflows.
• Create documentation around all experiments, those who involve technology and the ones that are more around working with other teams in RS

You have:

• +3 Years experience with modern programming languages and open-source technologies
• +2 Years experience with the audiovisual industry, whether that be direction, post production or anything else
• Computer Science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, architecture, OO design.
• Expertise on data structures and algorithms, ML and Ai
• Good understanding of lean product development, prototyping and reporting. 
• Good knowledge of the video creation pipeline and audiovisual storytelling
• Good knowledge on on-demand cloud computing platforms.
• Great written and verbal communication in English is mandatory.
