We are an awesome team of 24 people who make up the dream team within our chapter. We are all about working hard, having fun, and getting stuff done together or individually.    We bring a diverse set of skills, experiences, and backgrounds to the table, which makes as a dynamic and creative force. Whether it`s brainstorming ideas, solving complex problems, or sharing knowledge with each other, we`re always up for the task.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Purpose of this job is to create your own team to fulfil and exceed customer expectations. You will be leading the team of specialist in their own field and be a face of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia in front of customer. Close cooperation with counterparts, customers, colleagues from international community will give you a glimpse of cosmopolitan cooperation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Someone who has experience in supporting external customers (with all processes and tools that need to be served in this context)
  • Someone who has  experience in the quotation/sales process
  • Someone who has experience in billing
  • Someone who has good knowledge of TSI-FORCE
  • Someone who has experience in dealing with SOM@SAP, knowledge of the relevant reports, booking logic, etc.
  • Someone who has experience in dealing with SERVICE NOW from the point of view of service delivery management
  • Someone who has project management, ITIL know-how, agile methods and working methods

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE :

  • ITIL 3 Foundation, SeM Advanced
  • General IT overview - Expert
  • MS Office – Advanced
  • German language C2-C1 
  • English language - optional
  • Excellent leadership
  • Communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Problem solving ability and result orientation
  • Presentation skills

SALARY

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600€ /brutto.

* Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
