Raw Access Media is a tech-enabled content creation subscription service. We provide businesses, startups, and digital marketers with affordable and scalable Video Editing, Graphic Design, Motion graphics, and marketing services. We have a full-time team that is continually growing and learning. By providing them with remote access to our local computers, cloud storage, and internet speed, we keep everything and everyone connected and in sync while investing in infrastructure and development to be easily scalable and, above all, reliable. We are currently looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our team.

The Daily:

• Ability to work with and without the direction of an Art Director, researching references and keeping within the scope of projects.
• Reliable working in a team as well as on your own. 
• Capable of enforcing Raw Access Media's workflow and processes, educating and supporting other team members and freelancers whenever needed
  
• Understand how to use motion and narrative to create emotional connections
• Research, conceptualize and execute design challenges through completion
• Work on a wide variety of brands that demand different aesthetics
• Be just as motivated and inspired by a 2 sec animated overlay as you are by a 5-minute narrative

• Fast learner and actively creative
• Deep knowledge of After Effects
• Provide recommendations and insight, while remaining positive, open, and flexible 
• Good understanding of English, both written and spoken.

Great Add-ons:

Knowledge of Blender, Cinema4d, Houdini, Arnold, Maya.
