Requirements
*Professional experience in a similar position in the field of telecommunications appropriate to the position
*Strong service mindset as well as a confident and friendly demeanour when talking to customers
*Very good knowledge in the following areas: SIP/VoIP, Web servers and networks (TCP/IP), Linux
*Knowledge of Java and PostgreSQL
*Extensive experience with VoIP telephone systems
*Strong analytical skills
*Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good written and spoken communication skills
*Thorough and independent working style
Tasks & Responsibilities
*Processing demanding partner/dealer enquiries about our entire product range (hardware and software) by e-mail or telephone
*Supporting administrators (f/m/d) and sales partners (m/f/d) in analysing problems and finding solutions for product, network and application issues in the ISDN and VoIP environment
*Recording, analysing and documenting software errors
*Reproduction of reported errors
*Close co-operation with the internal development department and the support teams
*Preparing and passing on knowledge to colleagues (m/f/d) in the support teams

Hiring Process
1) Video interview with HR, possibly also directly with the specialist department: Get to know the company personally and present the company to pick up applicants
2) Second interview (costs are covered): In-house with familiarisation day (also for remote positions) (3-6 hours depending on the position): You get to know the team and the office. Interview with team lead and small test tasks followed by a final technical interview (relaxed atmosphere & no pressure situation)
