Job description

You are going to be part of the Customer Success team, being on the frontline for problem-solving activities in our social media and our Customer Support chat. With the biggest challenge of using multiple platforms and the need of multitasking abilities.

In this role and being in an early-stage startup, your responsibilities will change over time, giving you the opportunity to learn various skill sets and understand your strengths.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience, preferably involving customer service roles
  • English fluency B2-C1 mandatory.
  • Proactive and curious, willing to learn about different topics, and capable of working with people from different countries and cultures.
  • Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills. Organized with attention to detail.
  • A healthy ability to handle and resolve conflict - have the ability to listen, present, and question effectively.
  • Can take initiative and work independently
  • Good technical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to provide quick resolutions to problems

Bonus qualifications

  • Previous BPO experience with chat campaigns
  • Experience with financial campaigns, discord or products targeting teens.
