Job Description:

Role: Customer Success Engineer - SASE Team

Join us in a critical role where your expertise in SASE technologies will help our customers excel in secure digital environments. As a key technical liaison, you'll be instrumental in building strong relationships and guiding seamless security integrations.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and optimize our SASE solutions to ensure customers meet their business and security objectives.
  • Provide proactive technical support, coordinating with engineering teams for effective solutions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, influencing our product roadmap and enhancing the user experience.
  • Support and educate customers in managing Cloud Security Change Management and Governance programs.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies to support customer objectives.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on our SASE solutions, contributing significantly to customer success and engagement.


Your Impact:

  • Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT) and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling and improving service delivery.
  • Assess success through metrics such as renewal rates, adoption rates, and overall customer engagement.


Qualifications:

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, or consulting roles.
  • Deep understanding of networking and security concepts, with experience in multi-vendor environments.
  • Proficiency in SASE architecture, remote access VPN solutions, and routing protocols.
  • Strong project management and consulting skills, capable of communicating technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexibility for after-hours work as necessary.
