What We Seek: We are seeking individuals with a passion for crafting top-tier payroll solutions and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Key qualifications include:

• Over 10 years of experience deploying end-to-end SAP Payroll solutions across clients of varying sizes.
• In-depth expertise in SAP payroll delivery lifecycles, including hands-on configuration and blueprinting.
• Profound knowledge of UK-specific payroll laws and regulations.

Expected Responsibilities: As a member of our team, you can anticipate:

• Implementing UK SAP payrolls with precision and timeliness.
• Collaborating with SD Worx Global Implementation Teams to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
• Managing end-to-end transition processes for clients, including configuration and system setup.
• Developing and refining business processes in alignment with customer and organizational needs.
• Ensuring smooth handover of fully implemented payrolls to the Operations team.
• Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities to exceed growth targets.
