Your missions

Join one of our Commercial Real Estate clients as a Senior Financial Manager, where you will play a critical role in the management and operation of the accounting department! Reporting directly to the COO, your focus will be on maintaining robust financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency within the financial reporting and operational accounting realms. You'll prepare, analyze, and present financial reports in a timely manner, identifying trends and advising the company on its financial health to support strategic planning efforts. You'll also coordinate regulatory reporting and manage relationships with external auditors and financial stakeholders, support budget and forecast preparation, and collaborate with department heads to optimize financial planning. Requirements

  • Assist in daily operations of the accounting department, including ledger maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining alignment with GAAP.
  • Assist in development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports in a timely manner; identify trends, advise company on financial health, and support strategic planning efforts.
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and manage relationships with external auditors and financial stakeholders.
  • Support budget and forecast preparation activities and collaborate with department heads to optimize financial planning and cost management.
  • Manage cash flow, oversee bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.
  • Lead initiatives to improve financial systems, including automation and process enhancements.
