Reporting directly to the COO, your focus will be on maintaining robust financial processes, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency within the financial reporting and operational accounting realms. You'll prepare, analyze, and present financial reports in a timely manner, identifying trends and advising the company on its financial health to support strategic planning efforts. You'll also coordinate regulatory reporting and manage relationships with external auditors and financial stakeholders, support budget and forecast preparation, and collaborate with department heads to optimize financial planning.
