Job Summary**

The Enterprise Business Developmen t role is crucial in maximizing our website traffic by turning visitors and trial users into dedicated enterprise clients. With a strategic focus, this position requires deploying sophisticated account-based marketing techniques and conducting in-depth industry research within the healthtech sphere to exceed sales goals. **

Key Responsibilities**

  • Website to Enterprise Conversion: Design and apply effective strategies to transform website visitors and trial users into enterprise clients, enhancing the sales funnel for optimal results.
  • Targeted ABM Execution: Implement tailored ABM initiatives to captivate and convert high-value prospects with bespoke marketing approaches.
  • Market Research for Strategy Development: Perform comprehensive market analysis to discover new opportunities within the healthcare sector, leveraging insights to craft informed sales tactics.
  • New Customer Acquisition and Expansion: Proactively secure new accounts and nurture growth within existing clientele, sustaining a robust deal flow to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Journey Oversight: Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, including negotiations and contract finalization, ensuring a smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Sales Metrics Analysis: Track and evaluate sales performance, fine-tuning strategies to ensure goal attainment.
  • Interdepartmental Cooperation: Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success departments to synchronize sales initiatives with broader company objectives.


  • 3 years of proven experience in SaaS sales, with a consistent record of fulfilling sales quotas. Experience in healthtech is greatly valued.

  • A solid grasp of ABM and strategic planning with a record of closing significant contracts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with senior decision-makers effectively.
  • Native US Fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, notably Hubspot
  • Availability to work core US business hours to serve our customer base effectively.


  • Prior exposure to the health-tech sector.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment.
