We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our dynamic organization and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient procurement of services essential to our future growth.   

   

WHAT YOU’LL DO:   

  • Develop procurement policies and procedures to support strategic and financial goals, ensuring the process is well-documented and transparent.
  • Manage the procurement process, including soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage purchasing power and negotiate favorable vendor contracts, payment terms and pricing.
  • Optimize our network of preferred suppliers to ensure consistent access to services at the most competitive prices.
  • Review existing material purchase agreements and negotiate enhanced terms.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop procurement strategies that support business objectives.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and establish cost saving targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to procurement.
  • Location: This is a hybrid role and will be office based a minimum of 3 days per week. Candidates should be located near Mountain View, CA, or Raleigh, NC. This is not a remote role.

  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 8+ years’ experience in a procurement role at a high-tech company with a track record of successful contract negotiations
  • Experience in procurement of technology and software subscriptions
  • Thorough working knowledge of purchasing policies, processes and procedures
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field

   

COMPENSATION:  

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $95k - $180k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
