As a Product Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative solutions, driving the adoption of crypto by institutions, and contributing to the advancement of the entire industry.   • You may be a fit for this role if you have:
  • Demonstrated success as a product manager in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, with a proven ability to drive high impact products from concept to market leadership.
  • Experience in driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • The flexibility to adapt quickly to changing industry dynamics, priorities, and client needs, ensuring that product strategies remain relevant and proactive.
  • A strong technical background, particularly with API-first and developer-centric products, enabling effective integration of B2B solutions and enhancing the efficiency and scalability of product offerings.

  • Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
  • You are knowledgeable about crypto, you use self-custody wallets actively, and know a bit too much about defi!
  • You build 0 to 1 products for financial institutions either as a PM or a developer.
  • You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)

  • Compensation at Anchorage Digital:
  • Compensation at Anchorage Digital is market-driven and data-informed. All full-time employees receive a market-leading salary, meaningful equity, and a generous perks and benefits package.
  • Compensation Range:$144,670 - $244,000 this salary range may be inclusive of multiple regional locations and job grades. This compensation range will be narrowed during the interview process based on skills, abilities, and experience required.  ****We partner with third party firms annually to verify equity, cash, benefits, and perks benchmarks.
