We are looking for a Growth Marketer Lead to establish a comprehensive returning customer journey, encompassing all stages, with a specific focus on retention opportunities. This includes optimizing communication through our proprietary channels such as E-mail, SMS, and Push Notifications, as well as leveraging our loyalty program. The primary goal is to enhance loyalty levels by utilizing data and insights, while simultaneously improving key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Repurchase Rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and purchase frequency, while minimizing unsubscribe rates.
