We are in search of an exceptional strategic leader with comprehensive commercial and online product experience, who will lead the team that drives the future growth of Daft.ie.

The successful candidate will also sit on Distilled's Leadership team alongside the General Manager of DoneDeal, the CFO, CPO, CEO, CCO, Head of Marketing and Head of Marketing

What will I be doing

Stakeholder and customer Collaboration:

  • Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and key customers of Daft.

  • Collaborate closely with estate agents fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.

Strategic Product Innovation:

  • Oversee continuous enhancement of the platform for optimal user experiences, for buyers, renters, landlords, agents and sellers.

  • Introduce new features that differentiate our platform.

Sustainable Growth Strategy:

  • Own and execute a robust strategy for sustainable business growth.

  • Innovate pricing models and promotional packages to entice investment in premium products

  • Identification and execution of new opportunities that create value for our business and our customers

P&L Management:

  • Take full accountability for the Profit and Loss (P&L).

  • Implement cost-effective measures, ensuring a balanced investment in product development, marketing, and revenue generation.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilise data to guide strategic decisions, optimise advertising initiatives, and enhance user experiences.

  • Drive a data led culture within our commercial and product teams

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Build and lead high-performing sales, strategy and product teams, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

  • Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organisation.
