IntelliPro Group is now opened in the Japan region and is seeking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Japan office. This role goes beyond a traditional function to act independently in a fast-paced environment, operate proactively and show a passion and appreciation for the vision of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Work with different departments/clients to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for open requisitions.
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong working relationship with our business leaders to understand the business units, facilitate workforce planning strategies, and create a partnership that ensures a fast and simple hiring process.
  • Source, screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, and facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Drive the offer process -- including extending offers, closing candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to create appropriate candidate flows and pipelines to meet overall recruiting goals.
  • Develop new clients and explore opportunities to expand our client base, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, agency experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to stay organized, communicate, interview, and a passion for finding exceptional candidates.
  • Recruiting experience across multiple departments
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with all hiring managers and candidates.
Nice-to-have:
  • Proficiency in English and/or Chinese would be an asset for effective communication with a diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience in both BD and AM roles would be an asset.
