Sales Specialist

 

RTA Cabinet Store @ Renovation Brands

 

 

About the Role: 

 

Looking for a career with a dynamic, rapidly growing company?  Are you SALES oriented with great customer service?

 

RTA Cabinet Store is currently seeking to add to our REMOTE Sales team.

 

  • Location:  100% Remote.  (Pacific Time Zone candidates highly encouraged)
  • Reports to:  Sales Manager
  • Sales Commission (uncapped) PLUS base salary:  achievable total compensation range of $50,000 - $60,000 annually
  • Base Salary:  $18.00 per hour
  • Schedule:  40 hours, hourly position eligible for overtime pay.  Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Qualified leads are provided (no cold calling).
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, video chat and text to understand their project needs and lead the customer through the design and purchasing process.
  • Must be able to sell, close customers and exceed sales goals.
  • Execute a high volume of outbound calls, email, and text to new and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed Sales goals and KPI’s.
  • Produce quality and accurate designs from customer sketches in 20-20 software.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and follow designer SOP.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 

  • Excellent sales skills.
  • Great communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Basic experience with CRM software.
  • Highly organized, motivated, and a team player.
  • Will require a dedicated remote workspace with minimal distractions.
  • NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS:  proficiency in 20-20 software and experience in the kitchen and bath industry.
