Key Details About the Position:

• The primary responsibilities entail formulating and communicating IT protocols across our offices in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT Infrastructure: Manage various aspects of our IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, and software, while enhancing existing projects and integrating new solutions.
• Security Measures: Implement robust security measures across systems, networks, and data, encompassing access privileges, single sign-on integrations, security audits, and incident response protocols.
• Develop Operational Guidelines: Drive the creation and implementation of operational standards for hardware, software, firewalls, access controls, and encryption protocols.
• Implement IT Solutions: Lead the deployment of IT solutions to enhance our infrastructure, such as software and hardware upgrades, with expertise in identity and access management, mobile device management, and VPN solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Budget Management: Contribute to IT budgeting and ensure cost-effective solutions aligned with budgetary constraints.
• Vendor Relations: Manage the end-to-end vendor acquisition process, including sourcing, proposal evaluation, cost-benefit analysis, and recommendations.
• Documentation: Develop comprehensive guidelines, standards, and templates from scratch.
• Strategic Planning: Define departmental objectives aligned with organizational goals, focusing on scalability, performance, and functionality.
• Innovative Solutions: Explore and propose impactful IT projects, stay updated with emerging technologies, and contribute to skill enhancement within the team.
• Collaborative Work: Engage with cross-functional teams, support hiring processes, and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• 6+ years of IT experience, with expertise in operational design, policy development, and cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
