Job Description
  • Effectively communicate digital strategies and tactical approaches for each campaign
  • Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g., auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or exceeding client performance expectations
  • Responsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions (pixel, events), bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives
  • Attend client meetings as needed
  • Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing sources
  • Oversight of large and strategic accounts and client relationships
  • Setup Social campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines
  • Develop, improve, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service
  • Support in the execution of media plans proposals for onshore/US team
  • Form proposals for new client opportunities
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation to prepare for Cross-channel campaign launch
  • Take part in regular knowledge share sessions to participate and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance with other Media Account Managers
  • Provide clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that are aligned with objectives
  • Partner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generation
  • Provide regular insights to clients regarding performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
  • Work with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementation
  • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns
  • Assist with tracking media expenditures to ensure agency and client budget compliance
  • Ensure the quality of the campaign execution process
  • Collect data and generate powerful insights for the client
  • Support and help coach, manage, and educate Media Account Managers, providing campaign support
