The LDC Whatfix Lead oversees the functionality, support, and administration of Whatfix within the client's standards. Acting as a liaison between the Business Process Management team and the Whatfix team, the role involves investigating, testing, and implementing current and new Whatfix functionalities, managing user access, maintaining brand identity, ensuring content structure within the Whatfix dashboard, and providing support to the client's team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, test, and integrate Whatfix functionalities in alignment with Novartis standards.
  • Support new team members, manage access, and create content within Whatfix.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Business Process Management team and the Whatfix team.
  • Conduct workshops and demonstrations to onboard new users.
  • Administer Whatfix across the LDC Dashboard.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably administering Whatfix or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry processes.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Whatfix administration tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and embrace digital innovation
  • Candidates must provide criminal record no older than 3 months.
