Who are we looking for
We are currently seeking a Partner Development Manager who can contribute to Wildix's expansion by managing and nurturing existing Channel C-Level Relationships with VAR’s, Systems Integrators or MSP’s and collaborating with the team to speed up the onboarding process of our new Partners across the Canadian Western Region

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Cultivate and manage channel partner relationships to drive revenue growth and achieve MRR objectives
  • Provide end-to-end account management, ensuring partners receive the support and resources needed for success
  • Offer sales coaching and support, executing aligned sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
  • Continually develop, enhance, and execute Territory Plans to maximize market penetration and partner performance
  • Facilitate co-op marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue
  • Identify areas of improvement for partners through gap and SWOT analysis, coordinating resolution activities such as training sessions and cross-departmental consultations
  • Monitor and support partner sales activities, including pipeline management and co-op sales processes
  • Traveling regularly for business needs
