Position Summary
The Service Manager provides assistance to our Dealers and their Service Departments to resolve service and quality problems with LS Tractor USA products. This position provides technical information and training to Dealer Service Department employees on new and existing products. The Service Manager will participate in delivering Service School presentations either in person or via recorded presentations. Service Managers are assigned a geographic territory and provide quality service to our customers in their territory, creating positive business relationships and building on the LS Tractor reputation.
This territory will include the states of: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, and part of Michigan.
