Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, 5 years sales experience in consumer goods, management, negotiation, and team managing industry. Proven DSD experience. Must be able to travel 50% domestic.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead with Growth Mindset Vision and values of Barcel.
- Responsible for communication, planning, and execution of Barcel Customer and Marketing strategies. Drive Barcel performance by maintaining key customer relationships and executing project support.
- Ensure alignment on KPIs, develop underperforming areas, and lead safety initiatives. Implement company strategy, including training, forecasting, and business reviews for BBU sales operations.
- Communicate effectively with all functions and lead as a vision carrier for DSDE. Embody Barcel brand stewardship, execute leader standard work, and coordinate with sales centers.
- Develop stores visits, coach sales operations, validate POS material expectations, share performance goals, and foster profitable growth for the company.
