About The Role

As the Technical QA Engineer your primary goal is to find and improve efficiency and reliability by streamlining manual testing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and helping improve and apply industry standards and best practices. Being part of a team where Product, Engineering, and QA work closely to build the Ninja MDM product suite in an agile environment. As an integral part of our team, you will engage with our software. Your main role, although not limited to, is to rigorously test and validate the functionality of each script and feature. Enjoy working remotely in a flexible environment. **

Location: We are flexible on remote working from home, but must be located in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, or Mexico . **

What You’ll Be Doing**

• IT Expertise: Dive deep into our suite of products and emerge as an in-house expert on IT software solutions. Shape the future of MSPs and IT teams by understanding user requirements, scrutinizing product usability, and providing invaluable feedback.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Undertake comprehensive software testing, spotting inconsistencies and conducting troubleshooting to guarantee impeccable feature releases. Develop and maintain rigorous software test plans, and ensure our offerings are compliant across all platforms.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on the quality and functionality of software applications after thorough testing. Ensure that any defects or issues are documented clearly for the development teams to address.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to current testing methodologies, tools, and processes to continually refine our QA practices.
• Collaboration: Actively collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle, ensuring that quality standards are met at each stage.
• Other duties as needed.

About You

• 3+ years of recent experience with Manual Testing.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and speaking skills at a tested level of C2 or native proficiency required.
• Experience with mobile and web app testing.
• Experience designing, documenting, and executing manual test cases.
• Operating Systems Knowledge: Android, MacOS, iOS, ChromeOS (desirable). This includes an understanding of system settings and enterprise features.
• Ability to communicate effectively within and among teams.
• Ability to execute test cases and record their results.
• General programming: Consume REST API and understanding of RDBMS.
• Attention to Detail: With an eye for detail, ensure that no bug or inconsistency, however minor, goes unnoticed.
• Experience with Automation Testing would be nice to have.
