We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Loan Sales professional to join our team at UrbanMoney As a Loan Sales, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers a great opportunity to work with a growing company in the education administration industry. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and can be either full-time, remote, or freelance depending on the candidate's preference.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in loan sales or a similar role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of loan products and lending processes
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to pitch loan products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs
• Promote loan products and services to prospective customers
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients
