Job Responsibilities:
1. Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify valuable and relevant keywords for organic search optimization. Stay updated with the latest keyword trends and search engine algorithms.
2. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content and structure for search engines. Ensure proper use of meta tags, headings, and schema markup to enhance search engine visibility.
3. Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO goals. Create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, articles, and website pages.
4. Link Building: Implement effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks. Stay informed about white-hat link-building techniques and best practices.
5. Technical SEO: Audit websites for technical issues that can affect SEO performance, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability. Implement technical SEO improvements.
6. Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies and performance. Identify opportunities and develop strategies to outrank competitors in search results.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and SEO software to track and analyze website performance. Prepare regular reports, interpret data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
8. Local SEO: Optimize online presence for local businesses, including Google My Business (GMB) management, local directory submissions, and review management.
9. Mobile SEO: Stay updated with mobile SEO best practices, ensuring websites are mobile-friendly and perform well on mobile devices.
10. Voice Search Optimization: Develop strategies to optimize for voice search, considering the increasing use of voice-activated devices.
11. Algorithm Updates: Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes, particularly Google, and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.Also have clear understanding on core update, Helpful Content update, Spam Update etc.
12.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with web developers and UX/UI teams to improve website usability and conversion rates.
13.Social Media Integration: Leverage social media platforms for SEO benefits, including content distribution and engagement.
14. SEO Audits: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits of websites, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Additional Responsibilities and Duties (Advanced Level):
i. Structured Data Markup: Implement structured data (schema markup) to enhance rich snippets in search results, improving click-through rates.
ii. AI and Machine Learning: Explore the use of AI and machine learning tools and techniques for advanced SEO strategies.
iii. International SEO: Manage international SEO campaigns, including hreflang tags, geotargeting, and localization of content.
iv. E-commerce SEO: Optimize product listings and improve online shopping experiences for e-commerce websites.
v. Video SEO: Optimize video content for search engines and video platforms like YouTube.
vi. Emerging SEO Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and experimenting with emerging SEO trends, such as AI-driven content generation, E.E.A.T, Google Search Engine Generative, Topic Clusters and Zero-Click Searches.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, algorithms, and tools.
Proficiency in SEO software, analytics tools, and keyword research tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Certifications in SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Moz) are a plus.
