- Managing inbound and outbound calls from patients,providers,and insurance companies
- Obtaining medical history through EMRs like Cerner and Epic
- Verifying healthcare insurance coverage and eligibility
- Providing administrative support incl.data entry,appointment scheduling,email management, record keeping,and time-keeping
- Establishing professional relationships as a liaison between patients and providers
