JOB SUMMARY Support Developer Oncall Shift

The Servicing Systems Support Developer provides application support for Loan Servicing. The support

position will include troubleshooting errors, researching problems and/or questions, performing special

requests for the end users, performing SQL updates, make small programming changes, and perform

administrative configuration changes. May also work on small projects and enhancements as time

permits or needs arise. Must be able to balance performing multiple tasks and/or items at the same

time.

Bachelors degree in Computer science/IT/Engineering or a related field.

Work Timings

General Shift 10 AM to 7:00 PM , flexible timings

Oncall Shift

- 6 to 8 weeks in a year in Oncall Roster . 2 weeks at a time

o Shift timing 4:00 AM to 1 PM IST , 5 days a week

o Weekend 12 hours. 4 AM-4 PM OR 4 PM-4 AM Only Oncall support , no regular work


Responsibilities

Handle oncall production support

Handle regular workstream of Research incidents and fixes/enhancements when there is no oncall issue

Design, code, test, debug and document software according to systems standards, policies and,

procedures, security and compliance requirements.

Analyzing business requirements, processes, data sets and systems to determine and suggest

appropriate solutions.

Providing support to the application by troubleshooting and resolve system errors.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve under pressure for short durations.

Perform application configuration changes using established procedures.

Provide documentation, information, and perform special requests as requested for changes and

ongoing processes.

Provide regular time tracking and issue/task feedback data as requested.

Communicate in a positive manner with team members
