Job description

Overview:
The Progress 4GL Open Edge Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using Progress 4GL and Open Edge technologies. They are responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions to enhance and support the organization's software systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Progress 4GL Open Edge Developer
•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CHUI and GUI programming (Web client/App server)
•⁠ ⁠Expertise in Progress Open Edge to implement back-end applications for various Projects, including Finance, Sales, Aftersales, and others
•⁠ ⁠Experience in the development and integration of web services (e.g. REST, SOAP) is a plus
•⁠ ⁠Exposure and experience in Motor Dealership is a plus

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in Progress 4GL and Open Edge development
