Job Overview


We are seeking individuals to join our team as BPO Voice / Non Voice Process. This role involves interacting with customers through inbound and outbound calls or non-voice channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This is a remote position with a work-from-home option, and the job location is in Puducherry, Puducherry, India. Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good listening and empathy skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus
